Local Land Charges
Personal Search
The Local Land Charges Register (LLCR) is held on computer and any person may make a personal search of the Local Land Charges Register upon payment of the prescribed fee.
The Council requires the following information prior to the search being carried out:
- A contact name and telephone number
- An appointment made at least 24 hours in advance. 01584 813352/49
- A plan identifying the land being searched. This may be faxed to us on 01584 813131.
The cost of the search is £16. This will provide you with a print out and you will also be informed about planning on the site.
