Corporate Equalities Policies
The District Council believes that the diversity of the people of South Shropshire is an asset and that discrimination against any person or group is morally and legally unjustifiable. Each member of the community as a citizen, service user, service provider or as an employee or elected Member of the District Council is entitled to expect fair and equal treatment at all times.
The Policy formalises the Council's corporate commitment to equality and diversity.
