3 Aston Munslow Conservation Area

Conservation areas are defined by Section 69 of the Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990 as 'areas of special architectural or historic interest the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance'.

Planning Policy Guidance 15 is the current policy guidance on protection and enhancement of the historic environment.

South Shropshire Council designated this Conservation Area in accordance with the provisions of Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. It consists of the environs illustrated on the Conservation Area Plan.
