Site Specific Allocations of Land (2010 ? 2026)
This Development Plan Document will identify and allocate sufficient housing, employment and other land to meet development requirements and other objectives during the period to 2026, in accordance with the spatial development strategy for the District set out in the Core Strategy. Policies relating to the implementation, such as access and infrastucture requirements, broad design principles and any planning obligations that may be sought will also be set out.
Work on the Sites Allocation Document is currently being undertaken and the issues and options paper is due to be produced in late 2007.
