Craven Arms Area Action Plan (CAAAP)

 Image of CAAAP Document Cover

The Craven Arms Area Action Plan (CAAAP) is the first action plan to be produced and sets out a development strategy for the area.  The regeneration and development of Craven Arms is one of the council's priorities. The purpose of the CAAAP is to enable Craven Arms to develop in a sustainable way as a growth centre for the district.

CAAAP Issues and Options March 2007 has been drafted in consultation with a steering group of local people representing the community and aims to provide a grass roots approach which is based on the Community Strategy for South Shropshire.

The CAAAP Issues and Options was consulted on from 30 March 2007 to the end of May 2007.  The many reponses are being analysed.  We are currently working towards public participation on preferred options in the summer of 2008.
