Fly Tipped Waste

Fly tipping is the illegal deposit of any waste onto land that is not licensed to accept waste.

The Council deals with fly tipping incidents on public land, including prosecution of offenders.

All incidents are inspected and investigated on a case-by-case basis.

Any waste dumped on public land will be removed within 3 days of the Council being informed.

We have provided an online form for you to report tipping.
