Economic Development
The Council aims to assist businesses by providing the necessary infrastructure to enable small and micro businesses to grow and be sustained. The Council owns small workshop units and offices for rent at locations across the district which are available on 'easy in, easy out' terms. These workshops are situated in Bishop's Castle, Burford, Craven Arms and Ludlow. In addition, industrial land is available for sale at Bishop's Castle, Craven Arms and Ludlow.
We endeavour to ensure good business support and training provision for our companies by working in partnership with our colleagues at:-
