Statement of Licensing Policy
South Shropshire District Council is the licensing authority under the Licensing Act 2003 and is responsible for granting premises licences, club premises certificates, temporary event notices and personal licences in the District in respect of:
- the sale by retail of alcohol;
- the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of adults;
- the provision of regulated entertainment;
- the provision of late night refreshment.
