How to object to, support or comment on an application.
Anyone can object to, support or comment on a planning application by writing to the Planning Department at the following address:

or you can object to, support or comment on a planning application electronically by using the link below:
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST
Quote the application reference number
If you do not know the reference number please give as much information as you can such as the site address or the applicants name.
State why you think permission should or should not be given
Include your name and address
This will enable us to see how close to a development proposal you are and assess the possible impact on you
Send your comments as soon as possible
There is a time limit is set for the receipt of comments. This enables each application to be decided as quickly as possible meet the Governments targets.
Please Note
Your letter or e-mail will be available for others to read as it is placed on the public file with the other documents relating to the planning application.
