E-Conveyancing - National Land Information Service (NLIS)

South Shropshire District Council is now connected to NLIS (National Land Information Service) at level 3.

Solicitors can now submit and pay for searches via the NLIS hub

Solicitors will be offered a discount for using this service


National Land Information Service (NLIS) Website
NLIS allows people quicker and easier access to authoritative, accurate and comprehensive information on all land and property in England and Wales.

The infrastructure is now in place and early adopters of the service are using it to carry out live conveyancing searches via the Internet.

Subscription allows you to track page changes without having to re-visit the page on too frequent a basis. The system will send you an email when a page to which you have subscribed is changed.
