IT Services Section
Information Technology plays a fundamental role in the smooth running of South Shropshire District Council and many departments depend on IT support for efficient service provision.
The IT Services Manager is responsible for strategic planning, co-ordination and implementation of all IT matters and also has overall responsibility for the Data Protection Act Council wide, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Implementing Electronic Government (E-Government).
Printing Services is also part of IT Services.
