What if I need help with my benefit claim?
Our offices are open from 8.40am to 5.15pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9.30am to 5.15pm on a Tuesday and 8.40am to 4.30pm on a Friday.
You can call in anytime to speak to the Benefit Section, no appointment is needed. Alternatively, you can ring us between the above times on 01584 813150 or 01584 813151 and speak to a member of the benefit team.
If you are unable to reach our offices and would like someone to visit you at home to help you complete a form and/or give you advice, contact the visiting team on Telephone 01584 813314.
