Complaints Procedure
South Shropshire District Council exists to provide quality services for the people of South Shropshire, and appreciates feedback and suggestions from service-users.
We are constantly working to improve the services we provide, but if you believe that you have not received the level of service you would expect, then you have the opportunity to tell us about it.
The Council is committed to investigating complaints thoroughly and if it is found that we have failed in some way then this will be put right.
There are several ways to make a complaint about Council services, but if you have a complaint please follow the Council's Complaints Procedure.
If you have a problem about the behaviour of a Councillor, you will need to follow a different procedure.
