Capital Strategy

Capital Strategy
The Council's capital strategy is a précis of the Council's approach to capital investment and summarises the capital programme up to the end of 2006/2007.It identifies the Council's commitment to the effective management of its capital resources.  The Strategy is reviewed annually.
