Contaminated Land Strategy
The purpose of this document is to detail the Council's approach to the inspection of its area to identify any contaminated land within the District of South Shropshire.
Furthermore, this document sets down procedures which will ensure that any unacceptable risks to human health and the wider environment by virtue of Contaminated Land are identified and removed.
