Training & Development Strategy
The Training & Development Strategy is designed to ensure that the implementation of training and development is totally integrated with the vision, key themes and the service priorities of the Authority. It will provide a consistency in the training and development of staff and Members.
Based on the key objectives of the Human Resources Strategy it includes the potential for annual review with the Council's corporate management team.
