Housing
The Council's primary strategic aim in relation to housing is to bring a decent home within the reach of all local people. It will achieve this by:-
- Promoting a co-ordinated response to meeting all types of housing need.
- Maintaining the balance in the supply of social and private homes across the District.
- Pursuing the highest possible standard of management performance by registered social landlords active in South Shropshire.
- Improving access to good housing for local people, regardless of tenure.
